Solys AI started from a simple observation: most of the value in AI doesn't come from a model, it comes from the system around it: the data feeding it, the workflow it sits inside, and the decision it's ultimately meant to change. Most AI projects skip that part.
So we build the system first. That means understanding a business closely enough to know which data actually matters, which workflow is worth automating, and which decision is worth making faster or better, then building the thing that does it.
